Divisional Equipment Pickup: 2012 - 2013 Season
   
Where:

                                Public Storage, 1775 Main Street (East of Deep Cove exit off Highway #1)

When:

1) Monday Aug 27th -  6:30pm - 8:00pm  
  • U11  Teams Equipment/Uniform Pickup (other team bins won't be ready yet)
  • Note: Teams playing in a Labour Day weekend tournament can let us know in advance and you can pick up your equipment this night
2) Tuesday SEPT 4th - 6:30pm - 8:00pm  
  • U12-U18  Teams Equipment/Uniform Pickup
3) Thursday SEPT 6th  - 6:30pm - 8:00pm  
  • U12-U18  Teams Equipment/Uniform Pickup
4) Thursday SEPT 13th  - 6:30pm - 8:30pm  
  • U11-U18  Uniform/Equip EXCHANGES

Note or U13: please return size 4 balls and p/u size 5 balls.

Divisional equipment must be returned to:
Public Storage at 1775 Main Street North Vancouver (Just east of the 2nd Narrows Bridge on Main Street)

Please return your equipment on

Wednesday, April 10,  6 - 8:00pm

or

Thursday, April 11,  6 - 8:00pm

Note: U12 Teams - you will be moving to size 5 balls for the U13 season - please return your size 4 balls.  
 
Please note - all teams were issued a CLEAN Rubbermaid container with their equipment. All Kits are to be returned in CLEAN and DRY condition; in the RUBBERMAID CONTAINER.  
We will not accept wet, dirty equipment in plastic bags, etc.
 
For Teams that are staying together: 

  1. check in & check out your uniform kits.
  2. Jerseys, pinnies, shorts can be exchanged/replaced at this time.  
  3. "dead" balls, can be return at his time.  
  4. Keep your balls, flags & nets.  
  5. New Game balls, replacement practice balls and socks will be available in late August for pick up.

Teams that are disbanding or having Coach/Manager changes should check in all of their equipment - uniforms, pinnies, shorts, GK jersey (in the labeled Rubbermaid container you were issued), balls, nets, flags, cones, etc.

Teams that are still in Cup play or Tournaments - keep your equipment and contact the DIVISIONAL Equipment Manager when you are ready to return your gear.

Charges for missing/lost equipment:
  • Goal Keeper Jersey  - $40.00
  • Player Jersey            - $30.00
  • Shorts                       - $20.00
  • Pinnies                     - $8.00

Pee Wee Equipment Return: 2012 - 2013 Season

The Uniform/Equipment Return will be taking place on:

                Date - Tuesday, April 9, 2013
                Time - 7:30pm - 8:30pm
                Location - Public Storage - 1775 Main Street (East of the 2nd Narrows Bridge)

If you are not able to make this date and time please make arrangements with someone else on the team as this will be the last date for returns.

U6/U7 Return Policy:

Uniforms must be returned on the dates specified above.

Lost items must be paid for at the time of equipment return at the current replacement cost ($10 for shorts, $10 for jerseys and $10 for Rubbermaid equipment bin) in order to re-register for next year. Please note that the person returning the equipment is responsible for providing payment of lost items.  If you have a player who is missing an item, you can turn over the $50 deposit collected from that player to the Equipment Managers, who will handle it from there. Please be sure to return/tear up any unused deposit cheques to players.

Items to be returned are shorts and jerseys.  Keep the soccer balls, pinnies and cones for use next season.

Please return the uniforms the same way you got them: laundered, folded, and in the container in which they were provided to you (no boxes, plastic bags, or multiple bags - they will not be accepted).

U8 to U10 Return Policy:
  • U8 - Pug nets and benches - Keep the soccer balls, pinnies, goalie gloves and cones for use next season.
  • U9 - Tents and benches - Keep the soccer balls, pinnies, goalie gloves and cones for use next season.
  • U10 - Keep the soccer balls, pinnies, goalie gloves and cones for use next season.
