What payment methods does the North Shore Girls
Soccer Club accept?
of our registrations are processed online, which means the primary
payment method is credit card. Payments made by credit card are preferred by the NSGSC as it helps reduce the administration and volunteer time required to process payments. However, we do accept money order/bank
those who would rather pay via an alternate method. Money order/bank
draft payments are due 10 days after completion of the online registration form (All registrations must be completed online before money order/bank
draft payments can be received). Money order/bank
draft payments not received by the registration deadline will result in the player being removed from their team's roster, and possibly losing their position on a particular team.
For those seeking financial assistance please refer to the financial assistance section of the Registration FAQ. Once an application for financial assistance has been submitted according to the process outlined in the financial assistance section, please
contact the NSGSC administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org
regarding the status of your application. Financial assistance applications must be submitted and accepted by the Club Registrar by the registration deadline or the player will be removed from their team's roster, and possibly lose their position on a particular team.
The North Shore Girls Soccer Club acknowledges that not all families can afford to pay the registration fees to participate in organized team sports. The NSGSC relies on the generous support of three wonderful organizations to assist parents in payment of these fees.
Requests for assistance can be made either through North Shore Community Services, KidSport North Shore at 604-987-7529) or through Athletics for Kids (www.a4k.ca).
The North Shore Girls Soccer Club asks all parents applying for financial assistance to submit a financial assistance request to the above mentioned organizations and send a completed copy of the application (in confidence) to the Club's administrator Silvana Pope.
The Club Administrator must acknowledge receipt of all financial assistance applications by the payment deadline of May 31, 2010. Players who do not provide this information to the Club Administrator by this date will be regarded as unpaid, and be removed from the team roster, and possibly lose her placement on a particular team.
NSGSC hopes that no child will be prevented from playing soccer for financial reasons.
If you have any questions regarding financial assistance please send an email to the Club's Registrar, Debbie Bramley Forward at email@example.com (c/o the
